With foundations in conservation biology, geography, and political ecology, Madeleine hopes to bring interdisciplinary solutions to environmental issues, particularly at their intersection with social justice. She is interested in applied research where she is always able to learn and develop new skills. In her free time, Madeleine enjoys singing, playing the cello, cycling, and lifting.
